Job summary

Banner Ocotillo Medical Center in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Postpartum unit. You will care for mothers and newborns in a Level II nursery, with opportunities to cross-train within Women’s Services.

Night shifts are 6 PM–6:30 AM, with weekend coverage and differential pay; self-scheduling is available to support work-life balance. The ideal candidate has RN experience in L&D or Postpartum, strong communication, and a commitment to family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in L&D or Postpartum is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for mothers and newborns.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and family.
• Document care plans, progress, and discharge needs.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
