Job summary

The Registered Nurse – Night Shift at Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL delivers safe, compassionate nursing care across patient populations on a 36-hour work week. Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• NLN accredited nursing program graduate required; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required from American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years Labor and Delivery or acute care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements plans of care to achieve outcomes.
• Assess patients and collect health data.
• Communicate care plans and patient data to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.
• Keep HIPAA and safety standards compliance.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
