Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Current RN license in the state or Compact RN license.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients across all age groups.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards.
- Promote patient safety and positive healthcare outcomes.
