Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job.
• Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and planning care.
• Implements the plan of care and coordinates the health care team.
• Delegates appropriately and ensures communication among caregivers.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises care plan as needed.
• Documents assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record.
• Supports evidence-based practice and education for staff and patients.
