Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, plan care, and document in the medical record.
• Develop discharge plans and coordinate with the health team.
• Implement orders and delegate tasks while ensuring safety.
• Evaluate patient response and adjust care as needed.
