Job summary

Henry Ford Health Staffing is seeking Registered Nurses to float across at least three hospital locations with night shifts. You will deliver direct patient care, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop evidence-based care plans.

This role supports flexible staffing across the system while emphasizing high-quality patient outcomes. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience, BSN preferred, and a willingness to float to different units to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Two to three (2-3) years of recent clinical nursing experience in medical/surgical settings.
• Willingness to float to multiple facility locations and adapt to various units.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care across multiple medical and surgical units.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify potential complications.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based nursing care plans with the team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Float to multiple hospital locations to meet staffing needs.
