Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- 3 years ICU nursing experience.
- Current Michigan RN licensure.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- TB screening and required vaccinations.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across units and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify potential complications early.
- Administer medications, provide wound care, patient education, and postoperative care.
- Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
- Orient rapidly to different units and care protocols within the float pool.
