Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Leominster, MA seeks a Registered Nurse for the night shift to plan, deliver and manage direct patient care using the nursing process. Requires MA nursing licensure and BLS; BSN preferred.

You will assess patients, coordinate discharge planning and document care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This non-exempt, 11:00pm-7:30am schedule supports hospital operations with 24-hour patient coverage.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure.
• BLS certification required for every RN.
• Preferred BSN degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, plan and manage direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess and reassess patients as per procedure.
• Develop and coordinate discharge planning.
• Document care and maintain records.
• Administer medications and assist physicians as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality outcomes.
