Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Leominster, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 4th Floor Night Shift. This 24-hour position is part-time, on-site, with schedule 11:00pm–7:30am and Holidays/Weekends alternate.

The RN will deliver direct patient care using the nursing process, assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality. Candidates must hold Massachusetts RN licensure and current BLS; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per procedure.
• Develops and coordinates care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs and evaluates nursing care within the unit.
• Documents care and supports patient education plans.
