Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uses the Nursing Process to plan, deliver and manage direct patient care.
• Administers medications, therapies and treatments according to policy.
• Documents patient care and coordinates discharge planning with the care team.
• Collaborates with physicians and other health-care professionals to ensure high-quality care.
