Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.

• BSN degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses Nursing Process for patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessments and reassessments per standard procedures.
• Develops and coordinates individual care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates, and evaluates nursing care in the unit.
• Delegates tasks appropriately according to competency and role.
