Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification is required for every RN; ACLS may be required depending on unit.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process for patient care from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedures.
• Develop and coordinate individual care plans including discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise, coordinate and evaluate nursing care in assigned setting.
• Document patient care according to policy; ensure quality and safety.
