Job summary

Required MA nursing licensure, BLS (ACLS if applicable), and a strong nursing knowledge base.

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required; ACLS current if applicable.
• Experience and thorough knowledge of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for direct patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedures.
• Develops and coordinates care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coords, and evaluates nursing care in the unit.
• Delegates tasks appropriately following job descriptions and competencies.
