Job summary
AdventHealth in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift in a busy critical care setting. You will assess patients, plan and implement care, administer meds, monitor responses, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and data collection.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and diagnoses.
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and safety.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
