Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our night shift in a busy critical care environment. You will deliver patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support the Clinical Ladder program.

Responsibilities

Prepares monthly schedules for the assigned unit, ensuring coverage for all cases scheduled and add-on cases.
Assists with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling; maintains timely personnel files.
Communicates courteously with internal and external customers in person or by telephone.
Helps ensure program governance and adherence to process controls.
Performs duties with minimal supervision and good time management.
Collaborates with team to support patient care goals.
