Qualifications

• Associate's degree of Nursing required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents accurate initial assessment per unit standard.
• Monitors lab work and reports abnormalities.
• Develops and documents a plan of care with patient/family involvement.
• Administers IV medications and monitors response.
• Responds to unit and hospital code situations.
• Assists physicians with bedside procedures.
• Transports patients to procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
