Job summary

AdventHealth in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. The RN will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor outcomes.

The role requires collaboration with the health-care team and accurate EMR documentation to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care. Candidates should have an Associate's in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), Florida RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications;

Qualifications

• RN licensing and certifications required.
• Experience in critical care is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Provide education to patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Document all care activities accurately in the EMR.
