Job summary

TuftsMedicine’s MelroseWakefield Hospital is seeking an RN for Complex Care to provide direct nursing care in a high-complexity unit. The role requires coordinating assessments, care plans, and family education while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum 1 year RN experience with Massachusetts RN licensure and current BLS; BSN preferred. Shift is nights (7p–7a) with every third weekend and potential sign-on bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure required.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Certification(s) relevant to the department may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Experience based on level I–IV.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care in a complex care area.
• Develops and evaluates patient care plans.
• Documents assessments and plans per policy.
• Supports discharge planning and patient education.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
