MelroseWakefield Hospital is seeking a Night Shift RN for Complex Care to provide direct nursing care in accordance with policies and physician orders. The role requires Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS, and a minimum of 1 year of RN experience, with BSN preferred for advanced levels.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while supporting education for patients and families, and participating in professional development and departmental committees.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN licensure is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Department-specific certifications may be required depending on unit.
• Experience level varies by RN care level (I–IV).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Develops and evaluates individualized patient plans of care.
• Documents accurate clinical assessments and nursing care.
• Coordinates discharge planning and family education.
