Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license (Registered Nurse) required.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred (Less than 1 year described).
• Nursing competencies aligned with evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provides patient-centered care reflecting age, gender, and disease considerations.
• Partners with patient and family using bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Practices according to current clinical standards.
• Coordinates safe, high-quality care through interdisciplinary communication.
• Supports performance improvement and shared governance across the care team.
• Completes mandatory education and competency assessments.
