Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Georgia is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse for the Short Stay Department. This full-time position covers the night shift from 7 pm to 7 am, offering an engaged interdisciplinary team and a patient-centered care approach aligned with Wellstar's practice model.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using evidence-based practice, coordinate with care managers and other staff, and maintain timely documentation while upholding patient safety and inclusive care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in nursing or graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Georgia RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice to provide individualized care.
• Provides patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
