• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care adapting to age, gender, disease, and cultural diversity.
• Partners with patient and family using bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and timely patient teaching to keep goals as the focus.
• Practices according to current clinical practice standards.
