Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma; BSN preferred.
• RN license: single-state or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 5 years of RN direct patient care experience.

• Perform the Nursing Process (assess/diagnose/outcomes/planning/implement/evaluate) with evidence-based care.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and individual needs.
