Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing is required.
• BSN is preferred for this role.
• Georgia RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nursing Process with assessment, diagnosis and planning using evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate care through partnerships to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes.
• Document care accurately and maintain a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
• Provide patient and family teaching and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
• Uphold policies, promote safety goals, and engage in performance improvement.
