Qualifications

• RN license (single state or compact).
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process and evidence-based clinical care with individualized plans.
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care respecting diversity.
• Coordinate care with the care team and document to ensure safety.
• Participate in performance improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Precept and mentor other staff as needed.
