The RN Clinical Nurse at Wellstar Health System is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment at night. You will apply evidence-based practice and participate in shared governance while upholding nursing ethics and patient safety.

You must have an active RN license in Georgia, ACLS/BLS/NRP certifications, and at least two years of direct patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Associates/Nursing diploma or BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and coordinated care.
• Delivers patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Documents care and participates in interdisciplinary rounds and governance.
