Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, OH is seeking an Experienced Staff RN for our new Dublin facility. You will work three 12-hour night shifts weekly from 3:00 pm to 3:30 am, with rotating weekends and holidays, delivering high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• For casual RNs: 2 years of experience is required.
• New graduates with less than one year of clinical experience enroll in the Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, ensure patient safety, promote evidence-based practice and quality initiatives, and exhibit professionalism within the Magnet model.
• Assess and evaluate patient care for an assigned group of patients, collaborating with patients and families to develop a plan of care.
• Communicate pertinent information to team members in a timely manner and keep patients/families updated.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately in the chart.
• Assume responsibility for care provided and documented by other staff as appropriate.
