Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System, part of Trinity Health, is seeking an RN for ED nights (7pm–7:30am) at Mount Carmel Dublin. The Staff RN will work three 12-hour shifts per week with every third weekend and rotating holidays. ED experience required and Ohio RN license is mandatory.

The role emphasizes nursing care, safety, and evidence-based practice within the Magnet-inspired program, with Nurse Residency for new grads.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• 2 years of experience for Casual RNs.
• New graduate nurses with less than 1 year of clinical experience are enrolled in Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to an assigned group of patients during night shifts.
• Maintain patient safety and promote evidence-based practice.
• Communicate pertinent information to the care team in a timely manner.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Assume accountability for care provided by all team members as appropriate.
