Trinity Health Mount Carmel Dublin is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our new Mount Carmel Dublin facility. The role involves providing nursing care on a rotating 12-hour evening schedule (11:00 AM – 11:30 PM) with weekends and holidays rotating.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• For Casual RNs 2 years of experience is required.
• New graduate nurses with less than one year of clinical experience are enrolled in the Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care and ensures an environment of patient safety.
• Collaborates with patient and family to develop and implement a plan of care.
• Communicates pertinent information to appropriate team members in a timely manner.
• Documents assessments, interventions and outcomes according to documentation standards.
