St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Telemetry Stepdown unit (TCU 4NW) at Florence Hospital. This full-time position covers 36 hours per week with night shift hours of 7P–7A, in a 32-bed unit designed for cardiac telemetry care.

The RN provides evidence-based nursing care, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and demonstrates compassion, critical thinking, and patient-centered focus to support positive outcomes within a supportive hospital culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
• Compact multi-state license in your primary state.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state of work.
• Meets state licensure requirements and coursework.
• Ability to practice in the clinical area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based clinical care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with teams.
• Demonstrate respect, dignity, empathy in all interactions.
• Complete preceptorship and orientation to facility.
