Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our TCU 6D Unit located within the Edgewood Hospital. Registered Nurse (RN), Cardiac Telemetry Stepdown – 36 Bed Unit.

Shift/Hours: Full-Time – 36 hours/week, Night Shift 7P-7A. The RN provides evidence-based clinical care, conducts assessments, plans and evaluates nursing care, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
• If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is performed.
• Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based clinical nursing care to designated patients using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to other licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Demonstrate compassion, dignity and empathy in interactions with patients and families.
