St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Florence, KY is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 4NW Cardiac Step-Down Unit. This 36-hour-per-week, day-shift position offers a strong clinical team and a supportive culture.

You'll provide evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to patient outcomes in a Magnet-recognized system known for excellence in the region.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing and licensed to practice in the state.
• Knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice standards, and math for medication administration.
• Ability to think critically and problem solve in routine and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based clinical care to designated patients using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in all encounters.
