Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4SE Telemetry/Cardiac unit located within the Florence Hospital. The unit comprises 32 beds and operates on a 7A-7P shift with a full-time 36-hour work week.

The RN will deliver evidence-based clinical care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain compassionate patient-centered care. Licensure requirements include a compact license and state-specific credentials, with ongoing professional development encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
• If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed.
• Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses.
• Focus of education promotes nurses’ ability to practice in clinical area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based clinical care to designated patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care according to ethical standards.
• Maintain respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in all patient interactions.
