St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Team Lead Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Telemetry Stepdown unit (TCU 4NW) at Florence Hospital.

The role combines nursing leadership with direct patient care in a 36-hour weekly night shift (7P–7A).You will supervise staff, coordinate care, and ensure efficient throughput while upholding nursing standards in a compassionate, patient-focused environment. Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
• Compact (multi-state) license if eligible; must be licensed in the state of work.
• Experience as shift charge nurse preferred; one year in clinical area.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing leadership for an assigned shift as Team Leader.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing care for the Cardiac Telemetry Stepdown unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient throughput and high-quality care.
