The RN team leader provides nursing leadership and coordinates care for the assigned shift, ensuring throughput and patient-centered care. The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, adherence to nursing standards, and support for associates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
• Compact (multi-state) license in primary state of residence.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is performed.
• Meets contact hour requirements for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership for an assigned shift.
• Supervise care on the shift and ensure throughput.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Uphold nursing standards, policies, and protocols.
