Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany is a 79-bed long-term skilled care facility in Brainerd, MN seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The RN must hold MN licensure with possible multi-state licensure, with a BSN preferred. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) and a generous time-off package plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; RN license required.
• Unencumbered MN RN license (NLC ok) and department-specific competencies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
