Job summary

Good Samaritan Bethany in Brainerd, MN seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process in a 79-bed long-term care setting. The RN will collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, and education, with shifts 4:00pm–4:30am, full-time status, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multi-state licensure if NLC.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education, and other nursing interventions within the scope of practice.

Education

Accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
