Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care across all care phases, coordinating with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team. The role supports health maintenance, prevention, and treatment within a 79-bed facility.

The RN will ensure safe, reliable care, may serve as charge nurse, and must hold an active MN RN license with appropriate certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
