Job summary

Good Samaritan Bethany in Brainerd, MN is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift (12 hours, 4:00pm–4:30am) to provide individualized nursing care and coordinate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases, mentor licensed and unlicensed staff, and support resident education while upholding standards. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized resident care and coordinate with the inter-disciplinary team.
• Serve as charge nurse when assigned and delegate tasks to staff while ensuring safety and quality of care.
