Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• RN license in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment and education across care settings.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to care staff.
