Responsabilités

• Provides professional nursing care under supervision of the unit Nursing Coordinator.
• Functions as nurse in charge on duty and may lead clinical teams.
• Utilizes nursing process and ANA standards to ensure quality patient care.
• Participates in CQI and collaborates on unit-based initiatives.
• Mentors staff, supports education, and maintains documentation.
