Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for Behavioral Health on a full-time rotating shift. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a population with diverse mental health needs, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe, therapeutic care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred), NH RN license, and BLS. At least one year of clinical nursing experience is expected.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in New Hampshire required.
• BSN degree preferred or higher.
• One year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Gathers data through assessment and interprets information to plan care.
• Develops, implements and evaluates the patient plan of care.
• Documents care provided and patient progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches patients and families about plan of care and post-discharge needs.
