Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate patient care functions across hospital units.
• Serve as representative of hospital administration in absence of leadership.
• Mentor charge nurses and staff on policies and procedures.
• Allocate daily staffing resources and coordinate patient placement.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and effective communication across departments.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safety for patients and staff.
