Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a clinical supervisor-nurse to oversee patient care operations across Oncology/Medicine and Post-Surgical units. The role includes coordinating staffing, coaching staff, and ensuring safe, compliant care delivery. Day shift, 9/80%?

72 hours per two weeks, with no weekends. Ideal candidates hold a BSN or higher, with 3–7 years inpatient experience and current RN licensure in MN or WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent with active license.
• 3 to 7 years of inpatient hospital nursing experience.
• Willingness to supervise patient care operations across units.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates employee performance and provides coaching.
• Manages staff assignments and ensures unit staffing plans align with census.
• Coordinates nursing care and supports patient care manager in operations.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, policies and safety procedures.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and education programs.
