Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in MN or WI per state hire.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross or in-house BLS training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and planning of care.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Coordinate, delegate and collaborate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Establish realistic, measurable patient outcomes with family involvement.
• Fulfills organizational requirements and participates in leadership roles when applicable.
