OU Health seeks an Experienced RN to join Nursing Administration as House Administrative Coordinator for night shift (7:30pm-8am). Provides clinical oversight and coordinates bed assignments.

The role involves leadership, regulatory compliance, and liaison with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure smooth patient flow. Bachelor’s degree required; 3 years RN experience with leadership plus BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's in Nursing preferred.
• 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting with 3 years of progressive leadership.
• Current RN license (Oklahoma or eNLC) required.
• BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications required on hire.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary hospital administrative official for after-hours inquiries.
• Lead bed management and align with nursing practice standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, ethics, and quality initiatives.
• Screen admissions for level of care and bed assignments; coordinate urgent bed needs.
• Coordinate patient flow and liaise with physicians, staff, and outside agencies.
• Lead daily bed management meetings and communicate resource needs.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and codes.
