Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time RN Administrative Supervisor for night shift (7p–7a) at Levine Children's Hospital. You will oversee staffing, bed management, and patient flow, rounding on teammates, and coordinating with unit leaders to ensure safe, efficient care.

This leadership role emphasizes regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, and effective communication with nurses, physicians, and administration.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• Two years nursing experience preferred; management experience preferred.
• BSN required; if not BSN, must enroll in BSN within 1 year of hire and complete within 3 years.
• BLS required; CPI certification within 90 days; professional certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate hospital activities with emphasis on communications, patient throughput, and safety.
• Round on teammates and work with bed management to optimize patient flow.
• Act as administrative designee with Administration on-Call for urgent requests or investigations.
• Promote a safe environment and maintain clinical and professional competency in supervision of patient care.
• Coordinate shift management of patient flow and staffing with unit leaders and cross-functional teams.
