Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's degree in Nursing or health-related field preferred.
• RN licensure in Maryland or a compact state is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise clinical and administrative resources for patient care on assigned shift.
• Coordinate with nursing leadership to ensure staffing and patient flow goals are met.
• Coach and develop associates; participate in governance and performance discussions.
• Monitor quality and safety metrics and address issues with appropriate leadership.
