MedStar Health seeks an RN Clinical Administrator / House Supervisor for an evening/night shift. You will lead clinical and administrative nursing resources to ensure safe, quality care and engage in governance and staff development.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, supervising multiple units, and upholding regulatory standards while promoting patient-centered care and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's degree in Nursing or health-related field preferred.
• RN licensure in Maryland or a compact state is required.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise clinical and administrative resources for patient care on assigned shift.
• Coordinate with nursing leadership to ensure staffing and patient flow goals are met.
• Coach and develop associates; participate in governance and performance discussions.
• Monitor quality and safety metrics and address issues with appropriate leadership.
