Job summary

Englewood Health seeks an Administrative Nurse Supervisor to lead evening and night shift teams in the Nursing department. You will direct, coordinate and evaluate care standards to ensure quality and operational efficiency across units.

The role oversees staffing, workflow and compliance, partnering with nursing leadership to maintain high standards of patient safety and satisfaction. A BSN and strong managerial background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' managerial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current NJ RN license, BLS, ACLS, Nursing Administration Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates the standard of care during evening and night shifts on assigned units/department to ensure competent nursing care and organizational efficiency.
• Plans, directs and coordinates the operations of the Department of Nursing and manages staff for optimum performance.
