Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida is seeking a dedicated RN for the night shift to provide high-quality, compassionate care within a faith-based system. You will assess patients, collaborate on care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families to promote healing and wellbeing.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, float to departments as needed, and uphold safety and infection control standards while leveraging AdventHealth’s commitment to whole-person care.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree not required but preferred; RN licensure required.
BLS certification required; Oncology/CCNS related certs preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments.
Develop and implement individualized care plans with the team.
Administer medications accurately and monitor responses.
Supervise nursing staff and ensure policy adherence.
Provide patient and family education on care plans and meds.
Support physicians during bedside procedures and tests.
